Get out on the water — no lesson required.
Once you’ve completed your beginner course, the water is yours. H2O offers windsurf and SUP hire supervised on the water at Sandbanks, with modern, well-maintained kit ready to go. All hire must be arranged and paid for in advance — walk-ins are welcome at the school but are subject to availability on the day.
Windsurf Hire
All windsurf hire is supervised and equipment is tailored to your level. Wetsuit, buoyancy aid and harness all included.
Beginner kit — £25/hr
Big, stable boards and easy-handling sails. Perfect for building confidence and clocking up the practice hours after your course.
Intermediate kit — £30/hr
Some of the latest boards and sails on the market. For sailors who are ready to push on and start sailing at speed.
Hire Cards — 10 hours for the price of 8
- Beginner hire card — £200
- Intermediate hire card — £240
The hire card is the best way to make serious progress. More time on the water, less spent paying for it. And when your card runs out, top it up and I’ll add a free hour on your next one — a thank you for keeping at it. Our cards are valid for the season of purchase, plenty of time to get out there!
SUP Hire
Poole Harbour is one of the best places in the country to paddleboard — sheltered, shallow and beautiful.
- 1 hour — £20
- 2 hours — £30
- Full day — £80 (take your board wherever you like — return by 10am the next morning)
The full day option is something a bit special. Head to Studland, explore the harbour, paddle along the coast — the board is yours for the day and into the evening. Perfect for making the most of a good weather window.
